Falcon Farms is a national company with a regional focus. Falcon Farms was founded in 1987 as a distribution company for Colombian and Ecuadorian flower growers. We have around 300 Hectares and 11 Farms located throughout Colombia (Sabana de Bogota and Antioquia) as well as Ecuador; Growing 26 types of flowers and over 340 varieties. Our People are our most valuable asset. Our priority is to have individuals specialized in every task performed at the farm level and throughout the floral distribution channel. With close to 6,000 associates, our goal is to have happy people doing productive, fulfilling work. With 6 US facilities in Florida, Georgia, California, Texas, Arizona, and Kentucky.
